I've been served papers for court over my car loans. One truck has been repoed and I still have possession of the other truck. I understand I will need to turn my truck over but I'm wondering what they can do since I have no job or bank accounts or any income at all.

If the sale of the repo'd cars didn't net enough to pay off what you owe, then they will get a judgment against you. Judgments last five years in your state (you are luckly it is so short, it is much longer elsehwere). They have that time to see if you come into a job or other money.
