Old Idea- New Player

[Doggone]

Two former friends come up with logo and business concept while drinking at the beach about 20 yrs ago. Neither did anything with the idea. The friendship dissolved years ago, and now another friend of one of the idea men reminds him of the old idea and they now want to pursue it. Does the old friend from 20 yrs ago have any claim to their business if they successfully proceed?
