THAT OLD MAN I'M IN THE AUTO INJURY DISPUTE WITH HAS NOW BOUGHT HIMSELF A TANK AND HAS IT PARKED RIGHT OUTSIDE MY HOUSE POINTED AT ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Buy a bigger tank and point it back at him. It might also be useful to build some fortifications. Have you considered guard towers? Machine gun nests? Bunkers?

Jones, There is a city ordinance that does not allow all those things without a permit.
Go to the Mayor, you might have to crawl there, (didn't you get your legs crushed?) anyway, bring him cookies. Get a permit.
Then do as Jones says..But Sandbags might help as well.
Get a big dog too, Or a Tiger.

Yes, but based on her user name, she wants a 55 yr old, not a 96 yr old. Apparently this neighbor is too old for her. For somebody that's in such bad physical condition (crushed legs and chest), plus in such obvious need of mental help too IMHO, she should settle for whatever she can get!
