What is the name of your state? Georgia
..... I need advice this time not put downs and I am being serious because I need to know. In georgia when you have a baby you are conciderd a legal adult no matter what your age, does this mean if I go with someone over the age of 16 can he get in any kind of legal trouble?

How old are YOU??? If he just takes you out for a malt and fries, no problem. However, if you are under 16 and you have ANY sexual involvement, the answer is yes.

Oh, and just because you are old enough to 'breed', that does NOT make you mature.... or an adult!!

I hope you are not neglecting school, basic spelling is the base for all.
You mean you have spent all this time asking strangers on the internet for help instead of talking to your uncle who as a sheriff would know something about laws for minors?
Good luck to you

I'm not putting you down, I am just a person who has to pay for your child, you know, the one you had at 13?

Procreating at 14 doesn't make you an an adult, anymore than it makes you wise, or makes you mature. It is an act of biology and does not change your age. You cannot legally enter into contracts, rent property, work a full-time job (you know, to support the child you chose to create that needs food, clothes and housing), take out a mortgage, get married without permission, drink alchohol or smoke cigarettes.

You are not legally considered COMPETANT to make such decisions at 14.

You are NOT an adult.

Paradise, how are you having to pay for my child? the only way you would have to do that is if I was getting goverment money and I'm not, I dont get WIC, foodstamps, welfare, etc. SO how are you paying for my child I had at 14, not 13.
