Ive found an old booking sheet of my future husband and my infant son's father in which he was arrested and transported to another parish. It says that part was for theft. But it does not say what he was actually arrested at that time for, just that he was wanted in another parish for theft. However, he mustve gotten arrested/stopped for something else at that time for them to know he had a warrant. I suspect drugs and/or alcohol. On this booking sheet there is the section where it asked about if drugs were in his possession, the words "Section 2" are typed in. It doesnt say no or yes...just section 2... What does that mean? I must say I already suspect he has some ties to the police department but whatever it is he keeps secret for the most part.

Have you considered asking him?
... or asking the police agency?

Louisiana's criminal division is divided into sections, indicating the type of crime (e.g., drug crime, white collar crime, juvenile crime). As a guess, it could be that "Section 2" refers to the criminal division section.
