SITUTATION: I ordered one year on-line subscription for a magazine through email several months back. Since they didnt respond properly at that time, I didnt went for the subscription and ignored their invoice which came through email weeks later.

For the past 2 months they are pestering me with their mailers, invoices and magazine copies for getting me subscribe to their magazine. I didnt respond to them

Now, finally, they are threatening to take legal action against me for the non-payment of their invoice if i didnt respond.

QUESTION: Did i commited any offence in this. What legal action can they take against me. What is the remedy ?

You can be sued, besides the original amount owed, you could be liable for court costs and attorney fees.
