What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I am a photographer that uses an on-line service to sell photos. The service provides me with a place to host photo albuims from which people can buy photos directly. The service takes credit cards payments from the buyers, then notifies me of the order and I fullfill the order. I receive the payment via direct deposit 14 days after I have shipped the order.

The deposit from a recent order was due to me on March 17 (10 days ago). A glitch on the site showed conflicting information on the existance of the order. I submitted several requests for status via email and the site support
"service ticket request". None were answered. The glitches were corrected earlier this week and the new information on that order re-dated the posting date of the deposit to 3/24. There is a disclaimer on the site to allow 1-2 days for processing. It is now 3/27 and still no deposit has been received.

I have sent additional requests for status information with no response and am now feeling like I have been stolen from. The company is located in another state. Does that make the issue more of a problem? How long is reasonable to allow them to rectify this before I seek further action, and what further action is available to me?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I'd call the place where you sell your photos on. Someone just took your work without paying. Most likely the buyer doesn't know about this glitch. You should contact them and contact the site immediately.
