What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Connecticut.

Hi,

I bought an Iphone on line, thru a web site and I sent them the money but I didn't get the product. I have the receipts and all of the emails that they sent to me saying that the product had been shipped.

How or can I get my money back?

File a dispute with your credit card.

Alternatively, sue the bad guys in small claims court (in their state).


Why didn't you just buy from Apple? (It's a rhetorical question...I know you THOUGHT you were getting a deal)
