I live in MN. I am on probation for dui. It consisted of one year stayed probation. It began on dec. 6, 1999. recently I was picked up for open bottle, driving after rev., and no insurance. My court date is DEC. 1 in winona county, MN. my question is wether or not I have violated my probation by being charged and if not can I plead not guilty on the 1st and be free of any of the ramifications of probation since I would not be convicted before the 6th and am off on the 6th, and will I get more probation. I should also note that it was the DNR who nabbed me after opening my 1st beer.
