My response:

Wow, you REALLY know how to tug at my heartstrings, don't you.

Unfortunately, you can't access court files from the Internet (I assume that's what you mean). If you mean the trial transcript, you need to locate the name, address and telphone number of the courtroom "Transcriber" or "Shorthand Reporter" to get a copy of the transcript.

You can call the clerk of the Department where your hearing was held, and get the name, etc., from that clerk. Unless someone ordered the transcript for your file, it won't be in your court file if you were to go to the court and ask to see your file.

Be prepared to pay a HEFTY charge for that transcript.

Good luck to you.

P.S. Wait a minute. This is the Small Claims Board ! Small Claims is not a "court of record", so there won't be a transcript. Nevermind. You'll need to go to the main court clerk and request to see the file. You'll be watched like a Hawk. You see, you got me all flustered and now, I'm blushing ! Also, I'm a guy type person.
