"The short version"
How did this happen? It happened because I thought I was helping out a
Friend. I met Ms. FACADE through another friend years before. She had a business and
Needed a logo & business cards. I am a freelance artist so I designed them for her she
And my girlfriend hit it off became friends and that's how I knew her. (As a small business
Owner NOT a drug dealer!) So one day she shows up, she had car trouble and lucky me it
Breaks down in my drive way so now what? I need to help her. Therefore, I did; I drove her to
Wilmington to get a transmission & got her car to a shop to be fixed no problem I thought
Someday I might need help and she could return the favor. (NOT with sex) So her car's in the
Shop and I'm done. But wait, she needed one more favor and since I had to go out to
Downey (for a job I was doing) she asked to come with me because she had to stop by her friends
Place out that way for a few min. I said Ok whatever. (Had I known she was a drug dealer I
Would of asked why. But I am not a clairvoyant so I was not thinking like that) I was preoccupied
With how I needed to fix the color separation problem, they had with my artwork in Downey.

Mine on it? NO! I told them it was not mine & I did not know any thing about it. Ms. FACADE told
Them I did not know any thing about it. Did I drive using counter surveillance techniques? (Like
They claimed she did.) NO Have I ever been to that house before? NO! Do I even know that?
HOSE B guy? [Co Defendant] NO! (I did not even meet him or know who he is until half way
Through the day of my arraignment when he asked me, what I was busted for and I told him.
That's when he said "FACADE ?" And then he introduced himself). And the police
Informant guy "SNITCH?" Did I know him? NO. In Huntington, parks report they stated
That I was headed east on Florence and in Redondo's report, it says FACADE said we were going

Direction I was going points to Downey If they were following her for weeks like they say,
Then they know her car broke down and I was just trying to help her fix. So why did they lie?
I do not know but they did! Therefore, what I would like to know is why is there "WORD" Better or more
Credible than MINE? I have no criminal record. Is it just because I am single, never been married?
Do not own property. That makes me not credible! Well I think rampart Division's
L.A.P.D. should illustrate the FACT THAT YES COPS DO LIE! Because I know for a FACT
That they do! Even without physical evidence tying me to conspiracy there, "word" is law!
( I also have photos that shows that you can read the month sticker on my lic. plate & photos that

What happened in the police station was first off; I was not allowed to make a phone call
Until the next day after the cops lied and got me to sign away my rights, .all I did was sign & it
Gave them card Blanc to say anything that they could think of. By law, you are supposed to be
Allowed three phone calls not more than three hrs after you are booked, but I was not allowed mine.
If I was, I could have called legal counsel and he could have advised me to not sign or say anything
Also I was cores into pleading guilty another mistake on my part then I hire another attorney
To try to undo what has happened to me and he basically ripped me off. (Took my money & did
Nothing for it. THEN asked for more. So now im waiting to here from him before I go to the bar
(Because he never gave me a written Estimate for my 2500 dollars) Now I have a court appointed
Attorney and hes the worst one yet I don't even think he every looked at the discovery then he tell
The judge I will accept the deal against my wishes. So, it's looking to me like I should give it all up
Even though im innocent & I feel I can prove it with documentation etc…am I being stupid to
Think that after all this I stand a chance of receiving a fair shot to prove my innocents or is it to late
Or am I just naive to think so? I also just learned that the judge told my court appointed Attorney to
Rap my case up & that is why he wouldn't try to do anything for me… should I give up or do I have
A ½ way descent chance to keep fighting or appeal. What do you think? My mother is looking into
another Attorney for me as I'm writing this.
