We live in Iowa.
How personal can the questions that I ask the defendent in the Judgment Debtor's Examination be? The defendent's father passed away when she was a child and I would like to ask her for his name, place of birth, and if any of his money or property was transferred into her name or her mother's name for her, can I ask her this? Also, the reason for us suing her is due to her child that she was claiming my fiance fathered, and now that the paternity test has proven that he is not the child's biological father, can we ask her who is the biological father of her child and where he is located? I think that her answering those two questions could help us alot in enforcing this judgment upon her. Thank you for all and any help that you are able to provide us with, we really appreciate it! Shannon:)

Also, how in the heck do I change my text to bold, or change the color. As you see, I tried above and it didn't quit work out the way that I had planned, I even read the "help" section and didn't quit understand what it was explaining.
