I made a sale via an online auction of a used computer processor and stated in the auction that the item was untested and not garuanteed or warrantied under any circumstances with no returns or refunds. The buyer paid for the item and says that it didn't work when he recieved it and now wants a replacement or his money back. I am located in CA and the buyer is in MA. Do I have to replace the item or refund his money? Granted it is less than $100 but in my situation every little penny makes a difference. What are my options?

Thank you,
