I placed an online order for security lights from a company in Texas on 12/30/2004. I cancelled the order and I requested a credit on February 4, 2005 as I did not receive the merchandise. The company has not as yet issued a credit to my credit card account in spite of my numerous e-mails and phone calls to them. They give me the stock "we are working on it" reponse.

What should my next steps in the process be? The amount is $725.11. There is no dispute between us as to my ordering process or the fact that they owe me a credit. They are just foot dragging. The charge was posted to my credit card on January 10-12 and I paid the bank on January 22, 2005.

Thanks in advance.
