I purchased food supplement online when i received them i found label where expiration date and mfr date should be are missing . what right do i have can i take seller in court.

Do you think you've won the lawsuit lottery? No, these things are not regulated by the FDA, and you suffered no damages from it. The most you can do is contact the company and ask for a refund, or replacement products. Or, if you paid by CC you can contest the charges if the company won't cooperate with you.

Go back to the site and read the agreement to which you consented. Really read it. If it is like most such agreements, you agreed to pay the legal expenses for yourself and for the company, agreeing to binding arbitration conducted in their state in the appropriate court in their county. You probably also agreed to pay the company somewhere around 1 million dollars if you sue them and lose.

Keep in mind that expiration dates only indicate a time after which the product may become less effective. Medications and food supplements do not become more potent after several years; they simply become weaker.
