What is the name of your state?Gerogia

I made a major purchase online from a electronic store. When i when to check out the price was under $100. I completed the order and received a confirmation number. I called the customer service for this company and they told me that this purchase was voided because there was a price error on the website. I checked with my bank and the company had put a hold on my credit card for the amount but now the electronic store don't want to deliver my product. Are the laws for internet purchase the same as going into a store?

A seller can void a contract if there was a clear mistake on the price. Sometimes sellers honor these prices as a goodwill gesture but it's at their discretion. Contract laws are the same over the internet as in the store.
