What is the name of your state? PA

I own a small business. One of my distributers advertised on their web site a product regullary selling for $960 on sale for $160. I called to place the order and the sales representative told me he could not authorize it and that his manager would call back tomorow. I was called back and was told it was a glitch and I can purchase the item at its regular price only. Should I be entitled to the sale price as advertised on their web site?

Thanks in advance,
