What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Purchased "new" patio furniture from on online store in North Carolina - 9 pieces total. 3 of the pieces came in the original box - 6 of the pieces came assembled with manufacturer tags attached. Two of the assembled pieces arrived broken. When asked why the furniture came assembled (it should not have been) the store said that we were given the "white glove treatment" (on only 6 of the 9 pieces of furniture?). When asked why they would put tags on the furniture I received no response. I feel that the furniture came off a showroom floor - which they deny. We did not pay display prices - we paid full price. I have pictures of every piece how it arrived (with tag or in box) as well as the items in need of repair. I would like the defective pieces fixed. I also have a box that states "Showroom display chair" on it - but still they deny. What do I do?
