I purchased a bedroom set from an online source. I recieved the shipment within an appropriate amount of time. A portion of the shipment was delivered damaged and returned to the sender on the truck that it was brought on. The remaining portion of the purchase has been in my home since the original delivery. The money was removed from my accountat that time. This was in January 2005. Since that then I have recieved shipments replacing the original damaged portion of my shipment, each time the replacement was damaged during shipment at returned again. This has happened 2 times, the last being in April 2005. Since that time I have been trying to get the distributer to replace the remaining piece of furniture to me. I recieved in response to my multiple attempts to contact the company, curt emails and voicemessages as well as instances where no response was made at all. The bottom line is they have my money, I want my product. What are my rights and what course of action can I pursue to recieve the product? The bedroom set is useless to me if not a complete set.
