I recently made an online purchase from a store in London England. A few weeks later I was told that the item was no longer available, but that another one could be in soon. I told them that I would wait. A few weeks after that I decided to just get a refund from them. After many promises and delays, I have yet to receive any money and now my inquiries are being ignored. Do I have legal options?
