Amazing.....and stupid.
Due to a previous post...on an order of someone else from this same company, I decided to post this message.
Ordered a pair of frames from this company....to have it send to friends of mine in the States..for them to bring it to me in Mexico.
2 weeks later ..the frames have not arrived.....
No tracking number available for UPS
The 800 5005367 and the 323 5834444 phone of customes service are unavailable.
Have send a few e mails...and no none get's back to me.
A very frustrating situation......What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

The company probably went out of business. Did you research it with the Better Business Bureau before you ordered?

How was UPS supposed to have sent the frames? Overnight? Second Day Air? Ground?

Any updates? I recently purchased some glasses from this company. Other websites have said the glasses have been discontinued from the manufacturer so I have been trying to verify their stock and other questions. No one will answer the phone and so far I have sent two e-mails. They are registered with the BBB and one complaint was filed within the last 36 months but it was resolved with a refund. Currently the charge for the glasses are pending, but if it goes through and I have no delivery, what are my rights to obtain a refund if I cannot get a hold of this company? I'm assuming my best option would be to proceed with the BBB. Thanks if anyone can help!

I don't know who these people are but judging by the two posts about them, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole... If you feel you must give them your money in hopes that they will straighten up for your benefit, then why not transfer the risk to someone else and do so at no additional cost and you also avoid having to chase around searching for this company.

A quick glance at their website shows that they accept Paypal as a form of payment. :eek:

If for whatever reason you do not receive your order or are dissatisfied, you would have to file a dispute with paypal; you will wait for the retailer to respond to your dispute; if they fail to do so (within a certain period of time) or if they try to rip you off then Paypal will refund you the entire amount and go after them for the money. :cool:

EDIT: ... but it might still cost you something to do that... here is their cancelation policy
CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed online or by phone are processed within minutes with the manufacturer or vendors. We will allow 24 hours to cancel the order, Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are not cancelable or returnable
