Okay back in November I ordered and paid for a corset online, I had a big hassle with the online business, what happened was 2 weeks after I bought the item it had not arrived, I emailed her and asked where my item was, no answer, I waited another 2 weeks, and nothin, I ended up waiting about 43-50 days for the item, in one of my last emails-fighting with this woman I tell her this " I would cancel my order if I knew I would get my money back but I doubt I would" So she thought I cancelled my order, gave my payment back and sent the product to me anyways, I thought that she was just doing the right thing and giving it to me for free since I had such a BIG hassle with her feeding me lines of crap about getting my product in the time I did since I was suppost to get it in 7-11 days. Now here in March she's emailing me telling me she wants her money for product and shipping, she emailed me for 2 days, 2 days I'm trying to reason with her and without any notice she bills my bank card again and overdrafts my account by about 100.00, That I cannot pay for at the present. I just want to know If she had the right to recharge me without notice or anything and causing me to be overdrafted, especially since its been 4 months since I previously ordered my product.
Thanks.

I would contact my bank and put a stop payment on the charge (if it hasn't been too long). You should have done it before now with her information. Was there anything sent with the item to make you think it was free? If not and you didn't return the item like she returned your money, you were in the wrong. You owe for the fees. Always beware of givign bank card information.
