I purchase eyeglass frames from www.laeyestyle.com DBA Contact Lens Center on 12/4. Sent an email asking when it will be shipped and got a response saying Friday 12/7. Friday 12/7 comes and no tracking info was emailed to me. I called that afternoon and got an answering machine, left a message. Called a few times Monday 12/10 and all answering machines. I called one last time Monday afternoon and a lady answered. She told me that they have my order and it would be shipped Tuesday 12/11 and I would recieve tracking info via email. Tuesday 12/11 comes and no tracking info recieved so I called again and answering machine. Today 12/12, I called twice this morning and answering machine. Their business hours are from 10am-5pm Mon-Fri according to the machine but why don't they ever answer the phone? Payment has already been deducted and I'm almost thinking I'll never see these glasses, and if I do it won't be for awhile. How can I go about getting a refund if they don't even answer their phone or respond to emails? Any Advice?
