Hi,

In Feb with the help of my friend I bought a Laptop from Lenovo (Using my friend credit card).I had a problem with that laptop hence I returned the same and ordered a new one with my debit card. Since my old laptop mony was with them I asked them to put back the old one to my debit card insted of my friends credit card , because by that time my friend lost his credit card. Lenovo people didn't listen to my words all the time when I call them they said we are processing and didn't responded to me properly. Finally they told me that they debited the money to lost credit card and my friends say he don't know anything about it.

Now what happend is I paid back the money to my friend using my chque and Lenovo company put he money to my friends credit card now i paid twice. How to get my money back. What to do now.

I am not sure where is my money.. is it with my friend or it's in the lost credit card. My friend is also not responding to me properly. Please suggest me.

They can't pick a different card to refund the amount to - it's against their merchant account agreement.
Now, why don't you tell us if you're REALLY in NJ ;)
