What is the name of your state?Hi, my name is Andrew Melendez and I am from NY. I got into this whole free gift sites. What you have to do is go to a site. An example of this is psps4free.com. You register under this site and complete and offer for a trial from an advertiser. After you recive credit for this, you have 5 people do the same under your referal number. There are some terms and conditions which I will put at the bottom of this post.
What happened to me was this: I registerd and filled out an offer. I go to college at potsdam state. So for my five referals, I refered 5 people from my school and they fufilled their requirements. once their offers went through, my account was put under review to make sure everything was legit. I go disqualified once. I sent an email to the support services. They told me that I have fraudulent referals. They thought that becuase we all had similar addresses (because we all go to Potsdam State), that I was making up these accounts in order to get around the trouble of getting referals. I emailed them and explained the situation and told them that if there was a problem with the IP address or anything like that, the reasons that they were similar was becuase we all went to the same school. So, they renewed my account and after a long wait, disqualified it again. I had a very rude and angry email exchange with one of the support service. They told me that I was in violation of one of the terms because I used referals from the same school. However, the terms do not state what they are talking about. The ter he said I was in violation of was this : (c). There may not be more than one account per household per OfferCentric web site. A household includes your shipping address, and may include your IP address. If more than one person wishes to join an OfferCentric web site from the same household, we suggest that they instead use a computer at another location and a different shipping address or share an account. Users may not join an OfferCentric web site using a shared computer or shared internet access such as a computer at work, school, public location or other location where others may share the same computer/IP address as this will be considered having duplicate accounts. We suggest that you use your own personal computer and internet service provider.
This only states that the school computer wont work becuase the IP is shared. But all the internet connections at my school go to Comcast directly so there is no sharing of the connection. After I argued with the support person, he now is "not entertaining any emails about my account" I am very frustrated. And I know what he did was wrong, but I cannot think of anything to do becasue they are not responding to my emails any longer. Can anyone help me? Thank you. I will post the terms in another thread, it makes it too long. It will be labled "Psps4free terms"
