I purchased a netbook from BuyDig.com that was on their website but (even surprising to them) out of stock and placed on back order. After about a week the order was canceled by them but there was no refund acknowledgment. I called them on it and they apologized and assured me a refund was coming. A week after that with no acknowledgment I called them again and the spoke with a supervisor who said the last rep didn't initiate a refund and he would correct that. Worried, I called again a few days later and spoke with yet ANOTHER rep who said the refund has not been enacted and promised me I would see it hit my account in 24-48 hours. I also contacted the customer support via email a day before I called the last time and was promised a refund. Now, my question is, the item was only about $300 but me having to constantly call them and find out no one was responsible enough to put my money back is what kicked me into thinking this might be settled better in court. What do you think?
