Hi,

I am in California and booked 3 vaccation tickets in "soutwest vaccations" to Las Vegas. The booking didnt go through as I had used credit card issued in India (couldnt not enter billing address). Next day I booked 2 tickets (1 of my friend dropped out) using colleagues credit card issued in california and it went through fine. I also got email confirmation about the booking.

After a couple of days I found out that my Indian credit card was charged for 3 tickets, when southwest vaccations sent me a mail saying they have duplicate booking for same day and same names (two names matched). I requested them to refund the complete amount as I had not got any confirmation for first booking and the website errored out. They asked for 30days time to investigate. It is nearly 2 months now and every time I send a mail to them asking for status they reply that they are working on it and to be patient.

Is there a better way to get back my money ?

Thanks in advance.
