I am from western Oklahoma, my wife currently works for an Insurance and Investment firm in a small farm town. She is not currently lisenced to do anything other than Insurance. But she does help out and partake (with supervision) in some trading. She is currently pregnant and was expecting NOT to work after the baby is born. But now she has been hit up by a client that he wants her to work from home and do daily online trades. It would be through the website he currently has his stocks in (i.e. Smith Barney) She would sign in using his name and password just like it was him doing the trading and selling. Is there any potential problems with this senario? And since she is not lisenced is there anything there that could come bach on her? She would not be soliciting new business, just simply trading stock at this mans request.

Thanks in advance for any information posted!

Stay out of that mine-field. If he loses money he will say she stole his password.
This deal does not pass "the smell test".
