1 more question if someone was arrested at their work for embezelment. released 4 hrs later on or. No previous record. appeared (went to) court never on docket given paper stating no case (Da not enough evidence) Do they have a criminal record. Will this show up on backround check for jobs. were you ever charged with the crime ? if not, then it would not show on record as conviction.
