What is the name of your state?

I have physical custody of my children. Currently, there is no court order for custody or visitation on my ex-husband. If I wanted to make this sole physical, how would I do this? Would he have the opportunity given to him to have custodial/visitation rights? Or should I leave the matter go and not open up the can of worms? I'm concerned about going to court with this because there are many reasons why he shouldn't have court appointed visitation. I am running the show with the visits, wouldn't that all go out the window if I went into court?
