What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington state.
Last week I bought a used car, we were told that a missing piece of interior would be ordered and that car had bluetooth which we stupidly didn't try during test drive. We have been in contact with dealer because it turns out that the car is only "prewired" for bluetooth, and now being told we will only get the missing piece of interior will only be provided if they get a car in soon that has it so they can pull it out and give it to me.
The thing is that after we left and had agreed to everything the financing did not come back with same terms as discussed, and it is my understanding in Washington if that is the case you have the option to not agree and just cancel sale. I went in and signed the new deal but my cosigner has not.
Would it then work to have my cosigner refuse new terms and still cancel sale?
