Hello, my name is Jim. I live in Hazleton, Pa. My situation is as follows. When I was graduating high school, I applied for an ROTC scholarship to Florida State through the Air Force. I met the criteria for the scholarship after taking my SAT's a second time. My guidance counselor at the time sent in my original (first SAT score) transcripts, and my access to the College was denied, along with my scholarship. Is there anything I could do about this?
