Vendor provides only an email address or USPS address for communication. Vendor charged my Visa account for product, including additional rush handling charges within 2 days of order placement. Vendor refused to respond to any email requests regarding shipment status. Vendor advertises "usually ships within 1 day" on webiste and indicates they will cancel the order if product is on backorder for longer than 3 days.

I sent email cancelling order on 3/26, 5 days after order placement, and purchased product from an alternative source. I disputed the charge with Visa and they removed the charge from my account.

Original vendor shipped product on 4/5. Now I have 2 of the product. Original vendor policy is for consumer to pay $20 restocking less shipping & handling. This does not seem fair and equitable since vendor has shipped product for which they have no order.

Again, the order was cancelled 10 days before they shipped it and I received it 2 weeks after I cancelled the order. Vendor does not communicate.

Do I have to do anything with this product or can I consider it unsolicited material?

Must I go through the hassle of going to the post office and incurring certified shipping costs when the product was shipped outside of the boundaries of their own order processing policies and 10 days after order cancellation? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
