How many times does my ex get to violate our court order in family court before I can/should take it back to court?

Due to him harassing me constantly in writing and when he got the chance in person, we have a court order that our conversation is to be solely concerning the child.

Less than two weeks after court, my ex sent me a text message saying he he was awarded custody of his other daughter from another county. The exact phrase was: "AT LAST, SUZY IN AMERITOWN FULLTIME." (I changed the name of the child and town.) When I replied that was not about our daughter, he replied, "Yes, sister's." He only sent the message to follow up on his threat of fighting for custody of both children.

We had to change our pick up place for a few weeks due to the no-contact program we use being closed. He responded that he would not pick her up where I had made arrangements and I told him that was all I had that she would be there (this would be the 6th pick up spot that he is unhappy with). He then demanded why it couldn't be at his house, to which I did not answer, since my work schedule is on the court documents and my parents are normally the ones who deal with pickup/drop off times, of which he says they harass him, which is why we went with the program (their "harassment" was on the drop off a year ago, today, when they returned a gift he had mailed to me to tell him only gifts for the child, please). He has not picked her up all month, aside from today when I dropped her off at his mother's house while he was picking up his other child.

He dropped her off an hour early, due to a miscommunication his mother had given him, which wasn't the problem. However, he proceeded to ramble on and on, again, about some law suit he had in the other county and how he won a settlement and how our daughter's whole life and college were set from it and then offered me his pro bono lawyer to sue a woman from my work of whom he's been harassing for over a year, now, which I will not do. He got her to give him information she shouldnt have given him and I've talked with her about that, since, to which she repeatedly apologizes and she has told our high bosses, etc. She just wants left out of it. He also asked why we couldn't do the exchanges like we did today and I told him I work those days, to which he demanded to know when and why I changed my work schedule.

He's been phoning my work harassing the personnell people to try and get my file. The lady said he finally stopped. He says (and probably has) he has contacted my old employer trying to get my personnel file there, too.

How much longer do I have to keep putting up with this before I should file yet another petition for him violating the court order of communication? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

At this point, it sounds like you have more than enough to go back to court.

Well, a shortened version of the history behind all of this is as follows:

He had isolated me from my friends and family by doing things such as threatening suicide during the arguments we had multiple times a day. He kept trying to say I was telling my parents things about us until the point where I spoke to no one and went and saw no one and then his response was that our houses and phones were bugged/tapped. He told me that any mark on the child and CPS would be showing up at my door and had told me that he was going to use helping some big wigs in another county with some information so that he could get custody of his other child or that he would plant drugs in his ex's car or take a friend of his who was on her death bed up with him when he picked up or dropped off the other child and that this person would shoot his ex.

He's threatened to get custody of both children to try and get me to not leave, but I finally just left one day about a year ago. He's full of threats and such and really there's no telling what he will/won't do, so it makes things rather stressful to even speak with him. He keeps trying to tell others and the court that I'm crazy and unfit and that the child is not his, while contradicting himself in the next statement to the point where everyone is left with, "What on earth did he just say??" Him admitting to phoning my places of employment and such is one reason of many why we have the court order on communication. He has misused every form of communication from a journal we were keeping about the child to face-to-face and texting. There have been three instances since we last went to court a little over a month ago, where he has violated that. I don't want to irritate the judge with needless hearings, but I also am concerned for the child and really don't need the stress and hassle, myself, that he is creating from this. This is why I posted here on this forum, even with the chance that he may see it, since he fishes around for information on his ex and me on the internet.
