In the State of Texas, what documents are needed to submit to the court after a Marital Settlement is made and both parties now have separate residences and all assets divided? There is some kind of order needed, can you tell me which order I need to have prepared please?

how can i get the necessary forms to complete this?
Go down to your local courthouse and ask for the forms.....or go to your state government website and see if the forms are available as a download.

Texas courts don't generally have forms available for civil actions. Most counties do however have a law library that is a good place to start. Many of them also have very helpful law librarians that are willing to give you a hand filling out all of the papers correctly.

OP- It would be helpful to know how the settlement was decided upon with no exisisting paperwork or assistance from an attorney.

She really needs to hire an attorney.
