i am filing chpt 7 in oregon my spouse isn't. i am a cosigner on his loan with my car being his collateral. i am not using a lawyer as i am not required to in this state. how or should i claim this on my bankruptcy?
do i have to list him and his assets on my personal property list?
also i am supposed to be receiving child support from ex spouse and am not have not for 6+ months does this need to be listed as personal property/imcome?
