What is the name of your state? Wyoming

I have an outstanding balance with my credit card company, and I do not dispute that the amount is past due and needs to be paid. The credit card company is based out of Georgia, but has out-sourced their customer service and collections department to India. I have received many harassing and repeated telephone calls regarding this issue. In one day, they have called my residence 15 times, 3 times in a 15 minute period. I have also spoken with one of their representatives and asked that they not call me on Saturday or Sunday, as this is an inconvenient time. They have ignored this request and continue to call. I know that the FDCPA only applies to debt collectors and not the original creditor, and my state laws also only apply to debt collectors, however I have read that the federal debt collection laws do apply to the original creditor if they have a seperate office in which collection calls are made. Since they have their customer service and collections dept. in India, do I have any recourse against their harassment and abuse?
