What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NA for this thread.
My daughter and grandchildren have recently moved back into my house. My daughter purchased an inflatable pool that is about 18 inches deep. My 18 month old grandson cannot get into the pool by himself (thank goodness) but he likes to stand next to it and splash his arms into the pool. He is able to get some serious splashing going.
This morning, while we were all getting ready for work/daycare, we heard serious splashing going on in the bathroom...yes, you guessed it, the boy was treating the toilet like the pool
