Ohiogal - you are a lawyer, I am not. I tried specifically to say that in the last post. I agree with you - steps are legal strangers. Mom should have a say in the situation. You are absolutely right.

I gave her that website, because if dad is going to take this to court, it might be helpful to see all the arguments that he will come up with. The website is a homeschooler's rights site, and could be useful to mom in proving that this shouldn't happen.
