we live in a duplex with really nice landlords. new tenant just moved in less then a month ago. i was wondering what the law was regarding children sleeping in the same room. for example can a boy and girl share a bedroom or is that against the law. these new tenants are the worst possible. they are very rude, they are not courteous and very loud. i'm not trying to sound like a child but i would love them to get out. i live in cleveland, ohio.

I don't know anything about Ohio law, but I would be very surprised to hear of laws like you are asking abou.

I disapprove of what you are mentioning, but then I disapprove of lots of things that aren't against the law.

You didn't mention how old these children are, but it doesn't make any difference.

Further, its not really your bu
siness.

I appreciate what you are saying, but this is my business when the tenants upstairs are rude and not courteous to my family and my belongings. They have woken my baby up way to early in the morning and when i confronted her, her reply was well we hear you making noises too. it's not that i am a vengeful person, but i dont want my landlord getting in trouble either. either way anyone is going to look at it, i am not being an instigator, i just want peace back in my house.
