Well i got into an accident around 1AM and totaled the car, refused the breathalyzer, walked the line. They took me in handcuffs back to the station. They wrote me up for: "OUI, Open container, Driving to endanger"

They then told me to take the breathalyzer at the station, which i did but the machine was broken. I was then taken to another station to use their breathalyzer and i blew a .08 at around 5:30AM.

I live in mass, I have a clean record, and this is my first OUI.

Should i plead guilty? What should i do?

Whats going to happen to me?

Then you should rapidly get on good terms with the deity of your choice because if you blew a .08 after 4.5 hours, your public defender is going to have his hands full.
