What is the name of your state?State Law is VA.

My sister-in-law, who lives with me, was wrongly accused of being involved in a fight. The security officer wrongly accused her of this involvment. The security officer has also been known to harass the ESL (English as a Seccond Language) students, by bulling them into forced submissions of guilt. For example, when she called my sister-in-law into the office, her first words were "You know why you are here!" and following this statement, she began to write the suspension notice. These submissions result in Off-School-Suspensions. I am afraid that my sister-in-law's case is not the first one, nor the last. What can I do, as a concerned family member, to open up an investigation on the security officers and school administrators involved in this, and other cases. This matter saddens me, due to the discriminatory practices of the security personnel against non-black students.

well i dont know what to say about opening an investigation, but i know what to say about the officer, personally, security guards aint ****, nor have the training to take on my crew (lol) but ive delt with this problem before in my school daze(not to long ago), i had a teacher who would always say something about mexicans and how they pick (matos) and bull**** like this, thing is im black and rican, he dosent know this and its too much fun watching him say stuff that has nothing to do with me at all. i dont care really but one day he did put his hand on me lol and thats the line he crossed, he found out very quickly i dont play that ****, he found a textbook, coffee cup and a stapler upside his head/face VERY QUICKLY. ofcourse theres nothing he could have done, "self-defense" is a mutha. but lesson to be learned words are words but if u ever touch someone you playin wit fire (if they punks you dealin with weaklings)

BOO-HOO! I think that I hear the Whaaambulance coming to pick you up...

As stated in the statement, BelizeBreeze, from StudentTX07, I lived in TX for 20+ years, and recently moved to the East Coast, so I am not familiar with VA laws, but reading up on them on a daily basis. Wanted to get all possible routes to take in this state from persons residing in/or around the Northern VA area, or persons who have had similar problems.

I find it amusing that you are searching for me now, and WANT to read what I have to say...I can only hope that we can have more enlightening debates on some of these threads....I so love messaging you...you are my hero. *sarcasim*

Have to go now...but will I will be the one looking for you later...

P.S.
Already have a formal appology letter, signed, from the Principal and Security Guard. Action has now been taken to begin a formal investigation of the Security Guard...but thanks for your concern. xoxoxoxoxox
