while residing in pa last month i received a dui...I have not yet been convicted of it....since then i have moved to va...I am going to apply for a license here...once i am convicted in pa will va impose any further action onto the license...I do realize that while my license is suspended that the va license will not allow me to drive...but am wondering if va will do anything further then pa did since i was a resident of pa when it happened?

Depends what the outcome of your case is. If you get convicted VA will most likely suspend your license once the paperwork winds it's way down (PA wheels of justice aren't particularly fast unless they are involved with collecting fines and fees).

A first offense is likely dealt with ARD, where you'll only get suspended for 60 days. By the time your paperwork reaches Virginia, your suspension will be over and nothing will happen down here.

You need a lawyer up in PA however.
