I live in Ohio and this person who is harrassing me lives in Houston, TX. I have documented everything and even the police says they can issue a warrant for her arrest but it's not likely that Houston,Tx would transfer her to Ohio. Can I go to Houston and press charges?? If you cyber people out there have any good/bad advice? I would like to hear it. Still searching for answers.
