to make a very complicated situation short, sweet and to the point, my would-be ex is army in TN, we have been separated in residence since Nov 99, and I relocated to PA in Apr 2000. He drew up a "Divorce settlement agreement" from a do it yourself kit that I blindly signed. In it, I waived my rights to any spousal support (which he's paid by the military). I thought nothing of this since he was supposedly to file immediately. He lied to me, telling me (and his command) that he filed for it 3 times last year, and I just found out that he's filed it less then a week ago, against a verbal agreement that we had for me to take care of it here in PA. I looked up TN divorce law and it appears that he's not done it correctly, leaving out a few, mundane, archaic things (my maiden name and our race and color) from the original agreement. my questions are: what are the chances that it will be kicked out of court based on that? and what are my courses of action if it is?
