What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? maryland a d.a. from north carolina needs me as a witness against my brother n law i told him i cant i have kids that i take care of and my wife works she would have to call out and she would lose her job cause she has been warned not to miss anymore work i then would lose my home and i am starting college which i cant miss i do not want to go it will destroy my family how can i not go or what can i do i live in maryland.
