I have recently read an article in the paper of a person getting arrested for 'interfering' with an investigation. What happened was someone tipped him off about a raid on a strip club, and so he went and tried to warn all his friends, and as a result, got busted with the said offense.
Can they really do such a thing? And if they can, how successful would they be at convicting someone on such a silly charge?
