Ct is my state.

I purchased from www.ETourandTravel.com a package for $398.00 dollars to come to Florida. I was told by a representative I talked to over the phone almost a year ago that I could cancel at anytime. I had one year to activate the trip. The year has not been completed, since the purchase. I can not do the trip for financial reasons. I sent the company a letter canceling the trip and they return an answer that they could not refund the money because their refund policy terms had expired, according the agreement. This is an outright theft. What can I do to get this money back?

"Almost a year ago" isn't helpful. Exactly what date was the package purchased, and what does the hard copy of the contract you received from the travel agency say about cancellations?
