My brother is trying to join the army, and he has an outstanding warrant in oregon for burglary 1, theft 1 and 2. The warrant has never been served, and no arrest attempts have ever been made. the offence is 7 yrs old. is there a statute of limitations that applies? and does he have any recourse for dealing with the warrant besides going there?
