My son is 35 years old, he is working in the U.S with a H1 visa. He has located his biological father, who is a police cheif on the east coast.
They have taken a paternity test that proves that they are father and son.
His father has a lawyer who says that my son cannot be given citizenship due to him being over 21.
This seems highly suspect to me...It wasn't like my son wasn't looking for his father when he was under 21.
Is this information that his father received from this lawyer correct?
